Job Details
We have partnered with our client in their search for a Java Developer in Columbus OH
Responsibilities
- * 6+ years of professional experience
* Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
* Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and databases.
* Proficient in coding in one or more modern programming languages like Java, React, Javascript, HTML, CSS
* Strong in RESTful API implementation, Spring & Spring Boot, micro-services architecture and databases
* Hands-on experience in AWS specifically ECS/EKS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, Step functions, storage services.
* Experience working in Kafka, Cassandra/NoSQL, relational databases
* Knowledge of CI/CD deployment with tools such as Jenkins, Maven or Gradle
Skills Required
- Preferred skillsets:
* Experience in developing automated tests using Cucumber, Karate, Jest
* Experience with deployment in the cloud using Terraform
* Practical cloud native experience
* Knowledge of Domain Driven Design and micro frontend UIs
* AWS professional certification is preferred
Education & Work Experience
- Degree BS BA or Equivalent
- Work Experience 6+ years
