Deliverables:

  • Stakeholder Explanations: Clear and engaging information aimed at non-UX practitioners for pages on an internal-facing website representing the design system. Information will include the benefits and necessity of design systems, how to incorporate the design system into product workflows, and other topics to be determined.
  • Documentation Microcopy: Taxonomy and microcopy for auto-generated anatomy pages outlining the content of the design system, including foundational design elements, components, variants, and patterns.
  • Expert Practitioner Instruction: Pages aimed at practitioners that could include information about how to contribute design and code to the design system, details about how tokens work, and other topics to be determined.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years working User Experience as a writer, content strategist, designer, or project manager.
  • Excellent writing skills with a demonstrated history of developing style guides, voice and tone, and both long-form copy and microcopy.
  • Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience writing UX documentation preferred.
