Job Responsibilities

1. Lead complex multi-project IT programs ($10 50MM) delivering strategic business value. - ( Please write up below your exp while applying for this role )
2. Oversee 3 7 related projects, ensuring portfolio governance, cross-team alignment, and dependency management.
3. Manage program spend tracking, effort allocation, and resource forecasting for optimal utilization.
4. Drive benefits realization by tracking KPIs, validating business outcomes, and ensuring value delivery.
5. Develop comprehensive portfolio dashboards, reports, and communication for all stakeholder levels.
6. Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks/issues across multiple projects.
7. Partner with business and technical teams to ensure integration, alignment, and stakeholder buy-in.
8. Provide leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives within the program and PMO.
