Job Title: Jr. Business Systems / IT Analyst
Location: 100% onsite in Irvine, CA
Job Type: Direct-hire
Compensation: $55,000 to 63,000 (based on experience)

POSITION SUMMARY:


Responsible in proposing IT strategies to supervisor and manage all IT related projects. Will have direct communication with IT team members, vendors, and company HQ in order to increase employee satisfaction by focusing on productivity.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:



  1. Develop RPAs

  2. Communicate with employees to gather IT requirements

  3. Conduct maintenance of active Business Systems (ERPs, CRMs, RPAs, etc) and IT Support

  4. Improve manual report creation process

  5. Support Newsletter by creating contents

  6. Other duties and requirements as assigned by management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Developing RPAs (50%)

  • Supporting other active business systems (CRM, ERP) (30%)

  • Improving reporting process (10%)

  • Newsletter connection (5%)

  • Others (5%)

CORE COMPETENCIES:



  1. Experience of RPA implementation

  2. Experience of SAP

  3. Experience with CRMs (Salesforce)

  4. Good communication skills
