Description

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Glendale, Wisconsin, on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security. You will collaborate with various teams to support infrastructure needs and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring proper functionality and security.
Manage Windows Server systems, including updates, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Provide support for Windows 10, addressing user issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Oversee Dell Technologies hardware, ensuring proper deployment, maintenance, and performance.
Implement and support Citrix technologies to optimize virtual environments and user experiences.
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with IT team members to plan and execute system upgrades and improvements.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards for IT systems.
Conduct regular system audits and prepare detailed reports on findings.
Provide technical guidance and training to team members as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing Active Directory environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10 systems.
Familiarity with Dell Technologies hardware and associated processes.
Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies and virtual environments.
Ability to diagnose and resolve system performance issues effectively.
Excellent collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of IT compliance and security standards.
