Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong background in FSM and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of overall IT experience, with significant expertise in Salesforce platforms and field service implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Salesforce FSM solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
Lead data migration strategies, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Provide architectural guidance on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
Drive integration initiatives with ERP, telephony, and third-party applications using APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
Ensure compliance and governance across Salesforce implementations.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Minimum of two FSM implementations.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL), including scheduling, dispatch, work orders, and mobile app configuration.
Hands-on experience with data migration, ETL tools, and sandbox testing.
Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with the ability to design scalable solutions.
Knowledge of integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance configuration vs. customization to minimize technical debt.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant or equivalent certifications.
