Installation: Set up new device and ensure it works properly (laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphones). Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and service checks. Repairs: Diagnose and fix issues with malfunctioning equipment. Troubleshooting: Identify problems and implement solutions. Customer support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers locally and remotely. Documentation: Keep records of services performed, assets used, and interactions with users in the system we use for it.
