Job Description:
TEKsystems is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a contract-to-hire position with a client located in Appleton, WI. This role requires the candidate to be 100% on-site. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of help desk support experience.
Responsibilities:
The End User Support Technician provides technical support to staff and affiliated users by installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking systems. This role serves as a critical first line of IT support, ensuring users can access and use technology efficiently and securely. Support is provided via phone, email, remote sessions, and in person.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (11), Microsoft Office, and standard tools such as Adobe.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, antivirmalware remediation tools, and Citrix environments.
- Familiarity with smartphones (iOS/Android), printers, scanners, and document imaging systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, client/server models).
- Proficiency with system imaging, deployment tools, and automated update management.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information professionally.
