Job Title: Human Resources Administrative Analyst

Job Description:
- The Human Resources Administrative Analyst supports the HR Excellence Center using the Employee Journey model to deliver operational excellence for both current staff and new joiners, including onboarding, workforce administration, employee inquiries, data governance, and compliance activities.
- Provides HR support across onboarding, employee data management, HR case management, and governance while ensuring a positive employee experience and operational efficiency across HR systems and processes.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of HR experience preferred.
- High attention to detail with ability to follow processes.
- Client service-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- French preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in HR operations including onboarding, employee data management, and HR case handling is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Experience supporting stakeholders across HR functions.
- Act as primary point of contact for new joiners to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to issue offer letters and ensure accurate system access setup.
- Enter and maintain employee information in HR systems and support data validation.
- Reconcile data between systems such as PeopleSoft and SPEAR.
- Support operational offboarding tasks for leavers.
- Respond to employee HR policy inquiries and assist with benefits-related questions.
- Provide subject matter expertise for Employee Handbook.
- Support I-9 immigration compliance for new joiners and re-verification when required (US only).
- Ensure compliance with Data Governance Principles across HR systems and databases.
- Support internal and external data audits on a scheduled and ad hoc basis.
- Manage HR team mailbox, HR case management tool, and HR emergency phone line as assigned.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively across HR teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capability.
- Commitment to accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- HR onboarding and employee life cycle administration.
- HR systems and case management tools.
- Data governance and HR auditing.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual: French preferred.
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
