Description: Our client is currently seeking a SENIOR LEARNING ANALYST
This will be a hybrid role in Sacramento, CA.

About the Role

The Senior Learning Analyst is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, forecasting, and reporting on various aspects of Leadership and Enterprise Development (LED). This role provides expertise in projects that support business goals and objectives. The position requires the creation of reports from multiple data sources to deliver statistical analysis, insights, and recommendations to management.

Additionally, the Senior Learning Analyst will oversee the analysis, design, development, and implementation of a robust Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on learning analytics across the employee lifecycle, driving innovation and advanced insights.
  • Enhance existing analytics products to align with business and strategic priorities.
  • Present findings to the LED leadership team, including analysis, budgeting, monthly reports, and external training platforms.
  • Generate reports and statistical analysis from multiple data sources, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, from KPI tracking to program-level reporting.
  • Analyze LED program effectiveness using test scores, evaluations, surveys, and stakeholder feedback-recommending course modifications based on findings.
  • Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) while assessing reporting-related processes for effectiveness.
  • Provide training and documentation related to report creation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with various teams to accomplish project goals and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including anti-money laundering laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education
  • A college degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data science and analytics roles.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL Server, APIs, Zapier, SFTPs.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Dayforce/Docebo preferred).
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Expertise in training-related metrics and connecting them to business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
