Trident Consulting is looking for a Tier 2 Support @ FRISCO, TX AND OVERLAND PARK, KS for one of our clients.
Job Title: Tier 2 Support
Location: FRISCO, TX AND OVERLAND PARK, KS (Onsite)
Job Type: C2H, W2 Only
- Perform Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Knowledge of ITIL v3 is recommended.
- Perform lifecycle management action.
- Document all incident resolution in detail, making them available for re-use and as input for the automation team.
- Monitor the performance of automation (Ansible, Python, ServiceNow AIOPS capabilities).
- Knowledge of Red Hat OCP is highly recommended (RH OCP certification preferred).
- Knowledge of Telco applications is highly recommended (e.g., Mavenir IMS, Nokia 5G, Cisco ACI, etc.).
- SRE mindset.
- Continuous improvement attitude always looking to make things better.
- Flexibility expected to take on an incidental L1 shift when required.
