Trident Consulting is looking for a Tier 2 Support @ FRISCO, TX AND OVERLAND PARK, KS for one of our clients.

Job Title: Tier 2 Support

Location: FRISCO, TX AND OVERLAND PARK, KS (Onsite)

Job Type: C2H, W2 Only

  • Perform Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3 is recommended.
  • Perform lifecycle management action.
  • Document all incident resolution in detail, making them available for re-use and as input for the automation team.
  • Monitor the performance of automation (Ansible, Python, ServiceNow AIOPS capabilities).
  • Knowledge of Red Hat OCP is highly recommended (RH OCP certification preferred).
  • Knowledge of Telco applications is highly recommended (e.g., Mavenir IMS, Nokia 5G, Cisco ACI, etc.).
  • SRE mindset.
  • Continuous improvement attitude always looking to make things better.
  • Flexibility expected to take on an incidental L1 shift when required.
