Title: Senior RPA Developer (UiPath)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote but must be local for occasional in-person meetings)

Duration: Long-term contract

Client: Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Information Technology

Job Summary:

This is a senior-level role for someone with deep experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath. The selected candidate will be both a hands-on developer and a technical team lead responsible for designing, building, and deploying automated solutions that help DHS teams work faster and more efficiently.

You will:

• Build complex automations using UiPath
• Lead a team of RPA developers
• Review their work, mentor them, and ensure quality
• Work closely with business and IT teams to understand what processes can be automated
• Apply secure, scalable, and well-documented solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop large, enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath
• Lead the entire automation lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Set up and manage UiPath Orchestrator
• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, stakeholders, and other developers
• Build integrations using APIs, SQL, and web services
• Use DevOps tools like GitHub for CI/CD pipelines
• Write clear documentation
• Ensure the solutions follow security and compliance standards
• Stay current with trends in automation and AI
