MUST HAVE -
+ 3 or more years of management experience with
+ Experience in ground up commercial projects, as opposed to only renovation/remodeling/wood construction. Has some experience with concrete, steel, and sitework.
+ Understands the basic processes of submittals, RFI's, change orders, etc
+ Submittals and RFIs
