Baer is looking for SAP WM & MM Consultant for a 12+ month project located in Ohio & Indiana.
Title: SAP WM & MM Consultant
Location: Onsite 60% in Ohio and Indiana
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 (Vendors Not Permitted)
Description:
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.
- Work closely with business users to resolve issues, optimize processes, and ensure stable and efficient system performance.
- Lead the resolution of complex incidents and service requests in SAP MM and WM modules
- Act as the primary point of contact for business users for daily system support and MM/WM process-related issues
- Monitor system performance proactively and take corrective actions when required
- Identify and implement improvements to MM/WM processes, configurations, and reports
- Analyze, test, and deploy system changes following change management procedures
- Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, support processes, and issue resolutions
- Share knowledge with team members and provide user or team training when needed
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure timely ticket resolution
- Support integration with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, and FI/CO
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in SAP MM and WM support
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM and WM configuration and business processes
- Experience working in SAP support environments (incident, problem, and change management)
- Good understanding of integration with SAP SD, PP, and FI/CO modules
- SAP MM and/or WM certification is a plus
- Bachelor s Degree
