Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP BRIM Order Management.

  • Configure and implement SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) components including product modeling, order creation, subscription lifecycle management, and change processes.

  • Work closely with upstream/downstream teams and integrate BRIM OM with Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI/FICA) and CRM/S4 systems.

  • Support subscription order orchestration, contract management, usage processing, and rating scenarios.

  • Lead solution design workshops and recommend best practices for subscription lifecycle management.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to OM flows, pricing logic, subscription changes, migration, and master data.

  • Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test scripts, and support SIT/UAT cycles.

  • Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, custom developments, and API integrations.

  • Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and training for business users.

  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements within BRIM modules.
