Description
We are looking for an experienced EMR Analyst to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role focuses on analyzing and improving eClinicalWorks applications while providing essential support to end-users and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application analysis, project management, and user training within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and troubleshoot issues within eClinicalWorks applications, identifying root causes and recommending procedural improvements.
Develop and document business application enhancements by creating requirements, user stories, and detailed process outlines.
Track project activities, resolve obstacles, and generate progress reports to ensure project deliverables are met.
Create and update user documentation, provide help desk support, and conduct end-user training sessions.
Collaborate effectively with team members, IT staff, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Assist in maintaining all functional areas within eClinicalWorks to support operational efficiency.
Address support inquiries promptly and document resolutions in the ServiceDesk ticketing system.
Mentor teammates by sharing best practices for documenting and resolving technical issues.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.
Requirements
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks as an analyst or administrator.
Minimum of five years of experience in business application analysis, project management, or related fields, preferably with web-based applications.
Familiarity with medical office operations and workflows, with prior experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to train end-users effectively, with prior training experience being a plus.
Proficiency in tools and skills such as ABAP, CRM, cloud technologies, and business intelligence.
Strong understanding of business process functions and change management principles.
Capability to create detailed business requirement documents and manage application modifications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills within a dynamic team environment.
