Job Title: Technical Architect / Project Manager Insider Platform Expert
Location: Remote

Role Summary:
We are hiring a Technical Architect or Senior Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in the Insider (useinsider.com) platform. This individual will lead cross-functional teams from discovery through execution, driving implementation strategy, architecture planning, and effort estimation for customer engagement and digital experience programs. This role is ideal for someone who has led Insider implementations end-to-end and can operate in both a strategic and executional capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead architect or project manager on Insider-based implementation projects.
Drive discovery sessions with business and marketing stakeholders to define goals, scope, and technical requirements.
Design and/or oversee scalable Insider platform implementations integrated with CDPs, CRMs, CMS platforms, and analytics tools.
Lead project planning, effort estimation, milestone tracking, and delivery governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX, and marketing automation experts across geographies.
Provide strategic guidance on personalization logic, segmentation, channel orchestration, and performance optimization using Insider.
Ensure end-to-end solution quality, including testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Strong and verifiable experience with the Insider (useinsider.com) platform in a technical or delivery leadership role.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through full lifecycle implementations (discovery, design, development, go-live).
Deep understanding of martech integrations, event tracking, REST APIs, and data flows.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to own delivery plans, manage timelines, and handle escalations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital commerce, retail, or martech ecosystems.
Background working with US-based and offshore teams (India, Eastern Europe, etc.).
Agile delivery certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe) is a plus.
Familiarity with complementary tools like Segment, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Experience Cloud.
