Job Details
The ES & I Business Analyst Level 3-4 is responsible for leading requirements gathering and guiding Agile software development teams within our Enterprise Services & Integrations application segment. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams, to ensure that solutions meet organizational objectives and deliver business value. The ideal candidate will balance strategic, agile-based planning with tactical execution while maintaining a focus on user satisfaction, software scalability and redundancy, and integration efficiency.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Requirements Management
oElicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for our enterprise services and integrations systems.
oPerform gap analysis between business needs and platform capabilities.
oCreate comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and business rules.
oValidate that implemented solutions meet business requirements through testing and user acceptance.
Agile Team Leadership
oLead Agile software development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
oFacilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, requirements grooming and estimation, and retrospectives.
oCollaborate with Product Owners and IT leaders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Stakeholder Management
oBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all business functions.
oFacilitate decision-making processes among competing priorities and stakeholders.
oCommunicate platform capabilities, limitations, and tradeoffs effectively.
oManage expectations regarding platform features, timelines, and resource constraints.
Project Coordination
oWork with IT Leaders to plan and coordinate platform initiatives.
oDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules for platform enhancements.
oMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
oEnsure appropriate change management procedures are followed for all platform modifications.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
oHelp define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for enterprise services and integrations.
oAnalyze user behavior and platform performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualification Requirements
Required Experience
5-7 years of experience in a business analysis, scrum master, project manager or related role.
Demonstrated experience with enterprise services, system integration, and/or backend services strategies.
Ability to analyze data sets between disparate systems and generate requirements for development teams.
Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Previous experience with requirements gathering, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
Strong knowledge and history of applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
5+ years leading Agile software development teams.
Preferred Experience
Experience contributing to the development of scalable RESTful API integrations.
Experience analyzing and driving technical debt development of legacy backend systems.
Experience in data mapping tightly integrated, complex software systems.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Agile or Business Analysis certification preferred (e.g, PMP, PSM, CSM).

Other Skills and Abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with requirements management and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
Knowledge of best practices and trends with Agile Scrum and the SDLC.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Position is remote and expected to be entirely conducted at a desk with computer equipment.
