We all have a focus on generating new opportunities, acquiring new customers, and building even stronger relationships with our current customers. As a Sales Manager on our team, you will be responsible for operating as a player-coach, building and managing a team of Sales Executives focused on driving revenue growth and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing a successful B2B IT sales team. In this role, you will work closely with the Leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with Convene's overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
- You will be a hunter that will exceed sales quotes
- Operate as a player-coach; first excelling at the role yourself and then effectively building a sales team
- Establish the appropriate sales pipeline reporting mechanisms to accurately forecast revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at companies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Build a scalable hiring, onboarding, and training sales engine as needed to support growth objectives
- Once the team is built, you will manage your team of Sales Executives, providing guidance, coaching and support as needed to ensure they consistently meet or exceed their quota
- 6+ years of experience selling IT services to mid-market companies
- Familiarity selling IT staffing solutions and effectively communicating the value/ROI
- ++ Selling offshore / nearshore services
- ++ IT services, App Development, and/or Enterprise Product Sales
- Consistent quota attainment and track record of being a top 10% performer
- Ability to independently conduct a pitch
- 2+ years of experience managing a high-performing sales team that consistently hits quota
- Proven record of success in driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- MUST RESIDE IN THE US.
