Lead QA Automation Test Engineer

Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Lead QA Automation Test Engineer to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

Story Behind the Need:

Our team is focused on delivering high-quality automation for the web portals and API components currently under development. Hiring new resources for upcoming scrum teams (Atlantis is breaking into three different scrum teams)

We work in a dynamic environment and the team is both collaborative and supportive.

This is not part of a larger hiring initiative.

- Day to day in this role will require resource to work in agile scrum team and involves designing, executing, and documenting test cases to identify defects in software applications while collaborating with the development team to ensure the delivery of high quality products.

- Also includes attending meetings, analyzing test results and performing regression testing.

Candidate Requirements

Education/Certification Required: Preferred:

Years of experience required: 5-7 years required

- Hands on software quality assurance testing experience required.

- Experienced with test automation and tools utilized in the industry required.

- Experience in writing Java script, VB Script and Script required

- Working knowledge of version control systems such as SVN required.

- Advanced skills in SQL data retrieval from a relational database required.

- Knowledge of web services and API testing required.

Disqualifiers: lacking collaboration skills, need someone who can collaborate with different teams, super vocal, ability to align goals and testing

Additional qualities to look for: Healthcare experience and claims knowledge is a plus. Experience in agile methodology preferred.
