Principle Java Developer (Growing company!!)

A growing SaaS startup in Los Angeles is building a next-gen enterprise automation platform designed to help modern teams streamline operations without writing a single line of code. Backed by top-tier investors and currently in private beta with design partners, the product is approaching a major launch milestone. The company is solving complex orchestration, integration, and data flow problems at scale-and they're looking for engineers who enjoy tackling systems that sit at the heart of real business logic.

They're hiring a Senior Java Software Engineer to help build the backend architecture that powers dynamic workflows, real-time analytics, and deep integrations. This is a critical hire with high ownership and an opportunity to shape the platform's core services.
Requirements:

• Strong experience in Java (8+) and building large-scale backend systems
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Experience working with REST APIs, messaging queues, and distributed systems

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Kotlin, Scala, or other JVM-based languages
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Background in workflow engines, rule-based systems, or enterprise integrations

Compensation & Perks:

• $180K-$250K base salary, depending on experience
