Remote Position
Part Time Position (20 hours per week)
We re looking for a qualified CPA to support our clients with our tax filing and compliance needs. If you re experienced in managing cross-border operations and navigating multi-state tax environments, we d love to hear from you!
The ideal candidate should have expertise in:
- Preparing and filing annual reports and handling tax and compliance across multiple U.S. states
- Supporting operations across U.S. LLC and Indian Private Limited entities
- Filing and managing Form 5471 (for foreign corporations)
- Identifying and claiming R&D tax credits
- Developing tax planning and optimization strategies
