7+ years documenting As-Is Enterprise Management Planning (ERP) systems using artifacts such as Process Flow Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Pain Point Documents
7+ years experience documenting To-Be ERP system requirements
7+ years ERP business analysis experience with a focus on Financial and HR/Payroll modules
7+ years experience conducting interviews with ERP end-users to support As-Is and To-Be documentation and analysis
7+ years experience documenting As-Is ERP reports using artifacts such as Report Specification Documents
7+ years experience creating business analysis artifact templates such as Process Flow Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Report Specification Documents, Report Requirement Documents, Pain Point Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, and User Interface Document
5+ years experience creating business rules extraction documentation and analyzing extracted rules
Optional Experience
5+ years experience performing data analysis of ERP system data and metadata using SQL and tools such as Excel
