Senior UX Designer

• The UX Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centric solutions throughout all phases of the service design process: Client, Alpha, Beta, and Live.
• This role involves extensive user research, usability testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet both user and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Client Phase:

• Facilitate kick-off meetings and produce outputs such as Business Model Canvas, User Personas, Stakeholder Mapping, and Problem Statements
• Lead user research activities, including interviews, to create user interview topic maps, scripts, and synthesis of findings
• Develop technical service blueprints and user storyboards
• Define business KPIs

Alpha Phase:

• Conduct a XXgn Sprint to answer critical business questions through design, prototyping, and user testing
• Develop "clickable" prototypes and validate them through usability testing
• IteXX on prototypes based on user feedback
• Document existing processes or policies that will need to change to support new solutions
• Prepare a business proposal for the Beta phase and prioritize features for the next phase

Beta Phase:

• Lead the creation and validation of user stories for developers
• XXgn user flows, interfaces, and experiences, and perform accessibility compliance testing
• Conduct usability testing on MVP
• Candidatetor and provide guidance to the development team and ensure adherence to agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives)

Live Phase:

• Conduct regular usability testing and accessibility compliance for live services
• Analyze user behavior and track KPIs to ensure continuous improvement of the service
• Gather feedback and iteXX on designs to optimize the service further

Skills:

• Expertise in UX software tools such as JustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, Figma, and Zeplin
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React, Angular, NodeJS a plus)
• Experience in facilitating User Research and Usability testing, including:
• User Interview Synthesis
• User Research Findings Reports
• User Interview Topic Maps
• Expertise in accessibility compliance testing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• User Interview Scripts

Qualification or Education:

• Degree in Graphic XXgn, Usability, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (preferred).
• Certification in Usability or related fields is a plus.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, especially in Agile (ClientRUM) environments.
• Proven ability to create mobile-first, responsive designs and iteXX efficiently.
• Strong background in using design best practices for complex projects/products.
