Location: Chicago, IL, Texas - Houston & Dallas, Atlanta, GA, New York, NY, Bridgewater, New Jersey

Your role:

Accountable for Offer Development, Solution Development, People Development and Management, Resource Assignment and Demand Planning. Partially responsible for Pursuit Management, Solution Review, Deal Review, CM improvement plans, Delivery Assurance, Revenue Forecasting and Bookings Forecasting.

Strategic/Business Development- manage relationship with the client covering all commercial, risk and opportunity development aspects of the services provided.

Own and develop the long-term relationship with the client on behalf of Client

Client Delivery and Engagement -Provide escalation point for the customer and work with Managers from other service lines to ensure that service provision meets both SLAs & expectations

Lead the Sales Process and Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Complete end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.

Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery and industry teams, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.

Create compelling presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral to effectively communicate value and differentiate our offerings.

Engaging with C-level Executives- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand their business objectives and challenges.

Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance on how Oracle SaaS solutions can address their business needs and drive value.

Establish and develop long-term customer commitment through maintaining strong customer satisfaction

Be seen by the client as a trusted advisor. Develop positive relationships and regular contact with key client stakeholders at senior/board level

Oversee day to day delivery of the services provided to the client

Ensure that all programs/project/services are consistently delivered to agreed client expectations taking account of time, budget, quality and acceptable risk

Your skills and experience:

Bachelor's Degree required in business management or a related field.

Minimum of 15 years of professional experience within the Oracle SaaS ecosystem.

Strong understanding of Oracle's SaaS offerings and the ability to articulate their value proposition effectively.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive business results

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proven track record of delivering Oracle solutions and growing revenue within a major account

Experience operating at CXO level, and ability to demonstrate excellent client relationships

Excellent client engagement able to empathize with and respond to the needs of stakeholders
