Job Title: Sanctions Developer (Fircosoft)

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sanctions Developer with strong expertise in FircoSoft applications to support Payments & Treasury compliance operations. The candidate will work onsite in NYC and be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining sanctions screening solutions to meet AML and regulatory compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Configure, develop, and support Firco Continuity and Firco Trust for sanctions and AML screening
  • Integrate FircoSoft solutions with existing databases, APIs, and middleware
  • Perform rule tuning, alert optimization, and system maintenance to align with evolving sanctions and risk lists
  • Support production deployments and troubleshooting activities

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with FircoSoft (Firco Continuity, Firco Trust)
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle/MSSQL databases
  • Experience with Linux/Unix environments
  • Proficiency in Java and/or Python scripting
  • Experience in payments, treasury, and financial compliance systems

Work Site: NYC, NY (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months
