Pay Range: $ 25.00/hr - $ 30.00/hr

2) Organized and follows instructions closely
3) Intermediate to Advance Excel skills.
Please submit candidates w/ the following must-haves:
*Very detail oriented, strong follow up and organizing abilities.
*Forecasting & demand planning, root-cause analysis experience in Supply Chain - HM is flexible w/ years of experience (3+ years)
*Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookup, formulas, etc.; Macros is a big plus)
*Great communication & collaborative skills, hard-working, flexible to work OT as needed
*Need to learn quickly the complicated manual Excel data
Nice to haves:
-Excel Macro(VBA) experience
-SAP experience
Education Requirement: Bachelor's or greater
Schedule: 5 days a week fully onsite
Please note that this position is not a purely temporary contract. HM's intention is to bring on a candidate who is able to stay long term. He will extend the worker beyond initial assignment duration.
Summary:
The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
2-4 years related experience required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
Responsibilities include:
Demand Forecasting, Customer Process identification and improvement, Root Cause analysis, Sales trend analysis.
Activities have a direct impact on both sales' revenue and profitability within the assigned account base. This position will also maintain strong relationships with customers as well as with Client Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Demand Forecasting
Forecast Accuracy Reporting
Help to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet the customers requested delivery date
Conduct Root Cause analysis
Improvement Monthly Report Semi-annual preparation and monthly analysis
Process Improvement, Sell Through Analysis (Customer), Sales Forecast to Actual Sales Analysis
KPI (Baseline Improvement)
Use of supply chain system for order management, reporting and forecasting
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
3+ years related professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations (flexible)
Forecasting or Demand Planning within retail experience preferred.
Experience in working directly with customers and maintaining positive relationships with them
Proficiency with Advanced Excel data management functions including advanced formulas, pivot tables, V-lookup's, etc.
Self-starter with strong focus on exceeding customer satisfaction goals
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
SAP Experience a plus
