Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Agile team focused on delivering innovative healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, healthcare domain knowledge, and fluency in Spanish to effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
< data-start="852" data-end="894">Requirements Gathering & Analysis</>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Conduct detailed gap analysis and identify feasible solutions.
Translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications.
Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment on requirements.
Support backlog grooming and user story refinement with Agile teams.
Assist in project planning, task scheduling, and risk identification.
Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue triage.
Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, user stories, workflows, and test scenarios.
Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and Spanish-speaking business stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Spanish Proficiency: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish for effective stakeholder communication and documentation.
Healthcare Domain Expertise:
Solid understanding of healthcare workflows, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and clinical operations.
Experience with healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR, and healthcare data standards like HL7, FHIR, etc.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (BE/BTech/ME/MTech/BSc/MSc).
Technical certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
