Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Growth Operations Specialist to join the Developer Ecosystem organization.

Responsibilities

  • work with agency to source leads and own outreach and communications
  • support creator onboarding and recruiting efforts to drive growth of the ecosystem
  • track and manage leads from recruitment efforts through the funnel
  • ensure we are iterating on efforts and recruiting and reporting effectively on our work
  • Support and advise on the development of new outreach methods
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, acting as a point of contact for their needs and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, partner management, marketing, production vendor management, and/or operations
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
  • Experience in direct communication with external users of products
  • Experience with ticketing and CRM systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Proven communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful, action-orientated with experience to get things done independently and overcome obstacles by developing creative solutions to problems
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills and experience working with outsource vendors providing frontline support
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Proven track record with high standards of professionalism
  • Experience in the gaming or virtual reality industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
