Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document system requirements through customer interviews.
- Develop user stories and use cases that follow business analysis best practices.
- Create mockups and/or wireframes in line with UX best practices.
- Manage requirements specifications and verify fulfillment of all project requirements.
- Partner with product teams and stakeholders on design solutions.

Required Qualifications:
8 years of experience in: Eliciting requirements and creating well-written system requirements.
- Software development life cycles (SDLCs).
- Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement.
- Developing user stories and use cases.
- Designing mockups and/or wireframes.
5 years of demonstrated strong communication, facilitation, writing, and organization skills.

Preferred, Not Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of documented work experience with the requirements management software Modern Requirements.
- 3 years of documented work experience with the issue tracking software Atlassian Jira.
- 2 years of documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency.
- 1 year of documented work experience with the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program.
