Are you a tech-savvy problem solver ready to enhance user experiences across diverse platforms?
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to support and elevate their end user computing environment. This is a 3-month contract role, focusing on Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in enterprise deployment strategies, mobile device management, and single sign-on technologies.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Deep knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and JAMF.
- Hands-on with MDM solutions like Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
- Experience with Imprivata OneSign for user authentication.
- ITIL & Enterprise Standards:
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks for incident, problem, and change management.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
- End User Support & Administration:
- Proficient in desktop and server support, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with enterprise software like Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Skilled in remote support tools for efficient issue resolution.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting performance metrics and system logs.
- Ability to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strategic Planning & Deployment:
- Experience in designing and implementing deployment solutions for OS upgrades.
- Developed endpoint strategy roadmaps aligning with business goals.
- Project Contributions:
- Contributed to major technical projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and user adoption.
Responsibilities include hands-on support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, leading deployment solutions, managing MDM platforms, and collaborating on major technical projects. You'll also interpret performance data to recommend improvements and ensure compliance with ITIL standards.
