Location: CANTON, MA

The customer seeks an experienced Payor Industry Architect to join the Enterprise Architect team and handle assigned architecture deliverables. The ideal candidate should have experience with delivering healthcare business and technical solutions, the ability to stay up to date on market trends and provide recommendations on new tools and technologies to improve our business solutions and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge around payer-side healthcare operations, with expertise in provider enrollment and services solutions with an understanding of costs and provider needs.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements issues into implementable products and solutions with necessary technical interfaces and integrations.

Create high-level architectural and design specifications with a focus on system integration and alignment with business processes.

Partner with customers to present business and technical solutions for complex functionalities cross functional issues

Work closely with product and project teams to review and analyze requirements, identify gaps to present operational solutions and surface client needs to product teams.

Lead business transformation initiatives by aligning business capability models with value streams.

Integrate strategic business needs, process management, operations, and systems to deliver comprehensive solutions

Skills and Expertise

Bachelor s Master s degree with 10+ years of experience in business solutioning and architecture specifically in the healthcare payer domain.

Experience leading design sessions and presenting complex business requirements to clients.

Strong understanding of PDLC & SDLC methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Hybrid Agile, AgileScrum), with the ability to collaborate effectively with business units and technology teams on major initiatives.

Excellent understanding of configuration data management and data migration processes with knowledge on technical tools.

Proficient in version control and defect management tools such as Jira.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and with minimal supervision.

Proven customer relationship skills, including effective presentation and meeting facilitation.
