Description:

 

Project Foundation:

  1. Project lifecycle management using oracle cloud with exposure to third party applications like primavera, MS projects, Powerplant (preferred), Clarity etc.

Project Costing:

  1. Capitalization of assets in Oracle Cloud and integration with asset management software (Powerplant preferred)
  2. Project costing management, like Labor costing, burdening and integration with third party cost sources (e.g. Concur)
  3. Defining labor rates, burden hierarchy, designing reports and analysis
  4. Experience with intercompany costing for projects within and external to new business unit or legal entities

ct Billing:

  1. Defining contracts setup and project billing for internal and external customers.
  2. Defining and updating bill plans, revenue recognition and invoicing methods

Overall:

  • Troubleshooting issues through Oracle Service Requests, and managing escalations
  • Write detailed functional specs and assist with documenting technical specs
  • Effective written and oral communication on issue resolution, status reports and task progress
