Looking for a Loyalty Marketing Specialist who is technically fluent but a non-coding professional who can work within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and integrate within their Loyalty platform (Loyalty Plus). Will be adding and configuring points-based logic within Loyalty Plus (e.g., assigning points to user actions or content interactions). Ensure loyalty rules are correctly applied and tested.
Job Description:
1. AEM Component Management
-Configure and manage AEM components and templates.
-Ensure content is structured and tagged correctly for integration with Loyalty Plus.
-Collaborate with developers to ensure components meet business needs
2. Loyalty Plus Integration Support
-Coordinate the flow of customer data and content between AEM and Loyalty Plus.
-Validate that loyalty campaigns and offers are correctly displayed and triggered.
-Monitor integration points and escalate issues to technical teams when needed
3. Content & Campaign Coordination
-Work with marketing to upload, schedule, and test loyalty-related content.
-Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across digital touchpoints.
-Assist in the rollout of new loyalty features or campaigns.
4. Technical Liaison & QA
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
-Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features or updates.
-Document workflows, issues, and resolutions for future reference
5. Analytics & Optimization
-Use AEM and Loyalty Plus dashboards to track campaign performance.
-Provide insights and recommendations based on user engagement and loyalty metrics
Qualifications:
-Familiarity with AEM components (e.g., templates, assets, workflows). Will not be building components, AEM authors will be doing that.
-Understanding of customer loyalty platforms like Loyalty Plus, Zinrelo, Talon One, Smile io, LoyaltyLion, Fivestars, PassKit, Annex Cloud, OpenLoyalty, Kangaroo Rewards, Gratisfaction, etc).
-Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
-Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, marketers, UX designers).
-Strong grasp of digital content management, metadata, and tagging.
-Comfortable with QA testing, content publishing, and basic troubleshooting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
