Job Location : Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Work authorization: s /
Work hours : 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM / Rotational Weekends 40 hours/week. No over time
Resources with government experience are highly preferred.
Qualifications:
i. 1-year customer service
ii. 1-year providing IT technical support
iii. 1-year installing and troubleshooting computer operating systems and software
iv. 1-year supporting Windows 10/11 and Mac OSX 10.10.X
v. 1-year basic knowledge of password resetting via Active Directory type management
vi. 1-year basic knowledge of Office 365
vii. 1-year excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting
Knowledge preferred - 911 CAD, Viper 311, Aspen, and capacity to maintain access to ServiceNow and AWS instances
