** REMOTE POSITION**
Summary:
- Looking for a Workday consultant who has experience with Business Processes and Change Job experience.
- Must have a minimum of 5+yrs of Workday, open enrollment experience
- Certified Workday is a plus but not a must.
- Super solid HCM Core
Major Responsibilities:
- Assists in scheduling and coordinating projects.
- Works with customers and technical staff to resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements with thoughtful design solutions.
- Acts as team leader on projects.
- Participates in development of software user manuals.
- Protects the confidentiality of information within areas of own position responsibilities by preventing unauthorized release, both verbally and/or in writing.
- Promotes a continuous quality improvement effort to enhance the services provided to patients, their families, physicians and members of the staff by demonstrating positive attitudes and actions through a display of courtesy, congeniality, cooperation, initiatives, sensitivity and professionalism.
Software Qualifications:
- Workday - 5+ years, open enrollment experience.
- Super solid HCM Core
- RESTful design-time and run-time APIs
- Languages: Java, Scala, Python and Ruby.
