Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our client and play a vital role in supporting day-to-day technical operations. This remote temporary position focuses on providing first-level support for desktops, software, network connectivity, and peripheral devices while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM PST

Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst:
Deliver first-level support for PCs, common software platforms, network access, printers, and various business systems
Document and manage service tickets using an internal tracking system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and occasionally onsite, applying basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting steps
Collaborate with other IT team members and submit knowledge articles to support internal knowledge sharing
Meet defined service levels and escalate issues when necessary, maintaining awareness of business-critical systems
Travel occasionally to client offices during implementations or as required
Participate in on-call support rotations as needed

Qualifications and Skills for the IT Support Analyst:
1 2 years of relevant IT support experience
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and basic networking concepts
HDI SCA, CSR, A+, or Network+ certifications are preferred
