We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The ideal candidate will support project managers and teams by handling administrative tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
Track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
Maintain project documentation and update status reports
Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment
Support risk and issue tracking and follow up on action items
Help manage project tools and communication platforms
Requirements:
2 4 years of experience in a project coordination or support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
