Job Title: Senior Product Manager Ruby on Rails
Location: Burbank, CA (preferred); also Seattle, Orlando, NYC, or Bristol. 4 days/week in-office.
About the Role:
We re seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for enterprise Ruby on Rails applications. You ll modernize products, tackle technical debt, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prioritize initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in product management with technical leadership experience.
- Strong Ruby on Rails knowledge and recent hands-on engineering experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern deployment (Docker).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- STEM BA required.
Preferred:
- Experience with scalable, secure software and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of modern frameworks (.NET, PHP) and SDLC.
