With the rapid growth of our Financial Crime & Compliance practice at Concentrix, we are seeking talented individuals to bolster our Professional Services division. Our aim is to ensure the successful framing, deployment, and delivery of our services while supporting our clients. We are looking for a Head of Consulting Services to join our team.

Role Overview
We are creating and launching a new suite of consulting services-Evaluate, Blueprint, Transform, Analytics, and Threats-designed to transform or optimize Financial Crime & Compliance (FC&C) operations.
Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, the Head of Consulting Services is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing our consulting services.
By joining the team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the strategy and development of the Financial Crime & Compliance offering. This includes supporting business development activities (pre-sales, opportunity identification), participating in internal growth initiatives, contributing to recruitment efforts, and mentoring and training junior team members.

- Designing Our Offering
- Gather client needs and ensure we provide tailored solutions in partnership with Catalyst, the consulting arm of the Concentrix group.
- Present the offering to sales teams across different regions to ensure awareness and promote it to clients in need of support.
- Act as a facilitator during pre-sales phases to increase the win rate.
- Support consulting teams on advisory engagements as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Identify and mobilize complementary expertise when necessary.
- Ensure a partnership-driven relationship with key stakeholders and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Track projects, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance quality and client satisfaction.
- Supervise and coach the consulting team when needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and benchmarks to continuously adapt and evolve our offerings.

Experience & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Financial Crime & Compliance (FC&C) roles within professional services, consulting firms, or leading organizations known for their excellence.
- Strong consulting skills with expertise in project management, cross-functional team leadership, and client advisory.
- Client-focused, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and inspire team alignment.
- Adaptability to engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, operations teams, engineers, and C-level executives.
- Detail-oriented yet strategic, with the ability to balance precision with big-picture thinking.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

- Full-time, permanent position (FTE).
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
- Location: Open to multiple locations, with a preference for candidates based in the UK, US, or Canada.
