We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to design and implement advanced AI solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that push the boundaries of artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize AI models and systems to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing workflows.
Design and implement algorithms using Python and other programming languages.
Utilize Agentic AI and LangGraph to create intelligent solutions tailored to client needs.
Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models.
Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights and improve system performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, applying them to enhance project outcomes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
Document processes and solutions to maintain transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in Python programming and development.
Strong knowledge of Agentic AI and LangGraph technologies.
Proven ability to design and implement machine learning algorithms.
Experience working with large datasets and data analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
