Product Development (PD) Platform Ops are responsible for delivering, deploying, and maintaining scalable, highly-available environments for our next generation product lifecycle management (PLM) infrastructure & software. Our mantras center around infrastructure-as-code and application configuration as code - using Ansible. With the applications we manage, were developing new methods for software engineering, building software, creating pipelines, and much more. We are a small but rapidly growing team that is looking for skilled talent to help drive the client into the future. We use all the newest and bleeding edge technologies throughout the business. If the client is to evolve as a company long-term - so must our backend platforms. Our primary responsibility is owning the 3DX platform. 3DX (Dassaults 3DExperience Platform) is critical to long-term success.
Our department is modernizing processes to deliver the products that our engineers use every day -- we are developing them like any other software. We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our on-premises 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Dassault Systmes 3DX ecosystem, enterprise architecture principles, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
The successful candidate will design comprehensive 3DX platform architectures, develop integration strategies between 3DX applications (CATIA, SIMULIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA) and existing enterprise systems, lead cross-functional implementation teams, and provide technical guidance on infrastructure sizing and performance optimization. Key requirements include 5+ years of experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform administration and architecture, deep knowledge of 3DX infrastructure components including 3DSpace and 3DDashboard, experience with Linux virtual environments and database administration (MSSQL Server), proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript), and a proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise software implementations. The ideal candidate will have a background in Engineering or Computer Science, experience with PLM/PDM systems and manufacturing workflows, a strong understanding of ITIL processes, excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders, and preferably Dassault Systmes 3DX certification with previous automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industry experience.
