Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Conduct comprehensive requirement-gathering sessions to capture detailed business needs and objectives.
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce technology.
- Design, document, and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to business users during user acceptance testing and deployment phases.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of X years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce technology.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
