Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Oracle SCM Specialist to join our team and lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle SCM modules and a proven track record of delivering successful SCM projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including but not limited to Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SCM solutions within the Oracle ecosystem.
  • Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules to align with the unique supply chain processes and workflows of LTmindtech's clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing supply chain operations and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using Oracle SCM capabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to client teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional analysts, technical developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Oracle SCM solutions with LTmindtech's overall service offerings.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Oracle SCM technology, sharing knowledge and insights with internal teams and clients to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proactively identify and address technical challenges or issues that may arise during the implementation process, leveraging advanced problem-solving skills and Oracle SCM expertise.
