Job Description:
- The Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager will play a critical role in supporting a multi-disciplinary team accelerating the development of client s platform technology.
- We re looking for an experienced professional to support and scale strategic initiatives across the energy and technology landscape. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, product, engineering, and finance, helping translate strategy into execution..
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Business Development, Finance & Accounting, Engineering (Power Systems & Software), and Product Management teams to support program execution.
- Support execution of partner and customer programs from kickoff through delivery.
- Manage client-facing relationships and contribute to high-impact engagements.
- Develop clear, structured materials that communicate program objectives, metrics, and progress.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align technical and commercial priorities.

Experience (Required):
- 5+ years of experience in business development, consulting, program management, customer success, partner management, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading client-facing engagements.
- Strong ability to synthesize information into clear, executive-ready deliverables.
- Experience in the energy, power systems, or related industries.
- Exposure to software development environments involving external collaborators or partners.
Experience (Desired):
- Previous involvement in software development environments involving external collaborators or partners.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced environments and balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Education:
- Bachelor's or degree in or a related field or equivalent work experience.
