Job Details
Role: Product Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Type: Contract on W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Tech Leads, and Product Management to ensure project alignment and execution.
- Analyze and evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Use SQL to extract, parse, and analyze CRM and ERP datasets to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor business health.
- Present insights, analysis, and recommendations through clear, structured communication.
- Support deployment of new systems, workflows, and process enhancements.
- Prepare functional documentation, business process flows, and other project artifacts.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira for development and QA teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across business, product, architecture, and engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL for analyzing CRM/ERP datasets.
- Ability to assess and optimize business processes.
- Skilled in dashboard/report creation and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations.
- Experience supporting system implementations and process improvements.
- Strong documentation skills including workflows, functional specs, and Jira user stories.
