Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking Configuration Management Analysts to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Common Access Platform (JCAP). The successful candidate will serve at the Fort Meade Maryland site. This position is contingent upon award.

The CM Analyst ensures engineering changes to the Joint Common Access Platform Environment are validated and tested prior to activation in the operational environment. The candidate coordinates with the Change Management and Engineering Teams to ensure proper timing and resource management for change implementation. May be required to write supporting recommendations and develop novel solutions improving test and platform operations using and best practices. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Serves as subject matter specialist providing change management know-how.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • 10+ Years with HS; 8+ Years with AA; 5+ Years with BS; 4+ Years with MS; 0+ Years with PhD
  • Candidates with Armed Forces, college courses or Associate Degree, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring network change management delivery.
  • DoD 8570.01M/ IAT-I certification within 6 months of assignment to position (A+ CE, CCNA Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Master's Degree in a STEM subject, particularly systems engineering, network engineering, or cybersecurity OR Associates or Bachelors degree in computer science, or engineering or its equivalent with 15+ years' relevant experience
  • High degree of organization and communications skills
  • ITILv3 Foundations Certification (or higher)
  • ITILv4 Managing Professional Certification
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and solve issues before they affect business productivity.
  • Active, Reserve, or National Guard military service with network or cyber security experience working in Army Network Enterprise Centers (NEC) or Regional Cyber Centers (RCC) or similar organizations.
  • IAT level II (CAP, GSLC, CISM, CISSP (or Associate)); IAT level III (CISA, GSE, SCNA, GCIH, CISSP (or Associate)) or IAM Level III (GSLC, CISM, CISSP (or Associate)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
