Job Summary:
We are seeking a Program Manager with strong functional Oracle Cloud experience, specifically in managing and leading the data conversion process. This role is onsite in the Bay Area (5 days/week) and requires hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud modules and a deep understanding of functional processes. The ideal candidate will have previously led conversion efforts and worked closely with business and technical teams to ensure seamless data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Oracle Cloud data conversion activities end-to-end
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define conversion requirements and strategy
  • Drive planning, tracking, execution, and validation of conversion tasks
  • Conduct functional reviews and coordinate data mapping and cleansing activities
  • Manage schedules, resources, risks, and issues related to conversions
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Cloud modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.)
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, IT, and implementation partners
  • Ensure conversion cycles meet business objectives and timelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Functional Lead in Oracle Cloud implementations
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules (Financials, SCM, or HCM preferred)
  • 3+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations with hands-on conversion responsibility
  • Deep understanding of conversion planning, mapping, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Must be available to work onsite in the Bay Area 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Prior experience working in hybrid or enterprise cloud environments
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies under pressure
