Job Details
Job Title: PMO Coordinator
Location: St. Paul, Minnesota - Onsite
Duration: Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with both written and spoken clarity.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Communication Builder.
- Manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders across Onshore and Offshore teams.
- Coordinate with business units (SBU), global business lines (GBL), Finance, and HR departments.
- Plan and lead initiatives related to talent management including cadence calls, community connect events, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Maintain schedules and ensure prioritization of tasks and deadlines.
- Deliver accurate analytics and performance reports with strong visual and presentation elements.
- Leverage basic SharePoint knowledge for collaboration and document management (preferred).
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder updates and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Communication Builder and basic SharePoint is a plus.
- Previous experience in a PMO or project coordination role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships across multiple business units and geographies.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities; able to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience working in global or matrixed environments is preferred
