Job Description Must share LinkedIn URL along with DL copy 100% Remote Job Title:Oracle OTM Integration Manager Oracle OTM Implementation (Contract Position) Position OverviewThe Integration Manager will lead, coordinate, and oversee the end-to-end development, testing, and deployment of system integrations between Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and various internal as well as third-party applications/services. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless data flows, maintaining project milestones, and ensuring all integrations support both business and logistics objectives. Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership:
- Manage and deliver multiple integration projects, ensuring all timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
- Oversee stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates.
- Integration Management:
- Design, supervise, and troubleshoot integrations between OTM and related platforms using Mulesoft or similar middleware.
- Collaborate with internal IT, business teams, and third-party vendors to define and document interface requirements.
- Quality & Testing:
- Develop detailed test scenarios and conduct end-to-end testing to validate integration quality and business processes.
- Address integration issues, conducting thorough root cause analyses and corrective/preventive actions.
- Documentation:
- Produce comprehensive, detailed project and integration documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
- Team Management:
- Supervise and coordinate work of internal team members and third-party contractors as needed.
Qualifications and Experience- Technical Experience:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Mulesoft, leveraging it for ERP, TMS, or comparable system integrations.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Background in Logistics, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and specifically Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Project Management:
- Proven history delivering integration, migration, or implementation projects in large, complex environments.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Testing & Documentation:
- Strong track record in end-to-end testing and validating integrations.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Leadership:
- Successful experience managing teams in dynamic and cross-functional project settings.
- Business Process Expertise:
- Keen understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Personal Skills:
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and focused on quality and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with other TMS platforms or logistics applications.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration tools and API management.
- Direct experience working with third-party logistics providers or partners.
